When In Doubt, Breathe...

There are people who find it easy to "not sweat the small stuff" and "take life one day at a time".

I am not one of those people. I am a work in progress.

If your yoga practice gives you one gift, I wish this for you: that you just stop thinking. Just for now, just in this moment. Self-inflicted limitations take so much energy to maintain. Think about the last lie you told; think about how much energy it took to keep up. Same thing. Let go. Tell yourself the truth: with practice, patience, discipline your dreams are possible.
